Privacy Policy
Effective November 6, 2026
What we collect
- When you download the checklist: your first name and email address.
- When you join: your name, email address and billing details. Card details go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
- When you use the site: basic usage data, such as pages viewed and buttons clicked, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
We do not ask for, collect or store your medical history, diagnoses, symptoms or prescriptions. That information stays between you and your provider.
How we use it
- To run your membership, process payments and send receipts.
- To email your membership card, member updates and plain-English news about rule changes.
- To answer your support requests.
- To understand which pages help people and improve the site.
Who we share it with
- Service providers who run the site for us, such as our website and email platform and our payment processor, only to provide their services.
- A provider or pharmacy you choose to use, only your name and email, and only so they can confirm your member pricing.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We never sell your personal information or share it for others’ marketing.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime with the link in any email. We’ll still send receipts and account notices while you’re a member.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing getonthealistnow@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.
Security
We use reputable, encrypted services to store and process your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please email us right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Children
A-List is for adults 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and email members.
